Remarks

1, PVC：PVC: Polyvinyl chloride, a thermoplastic resin. Together with steel, wood, and cement, it is also known as the four basic building materials, and PP, PE, ABS, and PS are also known as the five common resins. It is an organic chlorine consumption product of the chlor-alkali industry. In addition, other components are added to enhance its heat resistance, toughness, ductility, and so on. The upper layer of this surface film is paint, the main component in the middle is polyvinyl chloride, and the lower layer is the back adhesive. It is a popular, popular and widely used synthetic material in the world today. Its global use ranks second among various synthetic materials.
PVC can be divided into soft PVC and hard PVC. Among them, hard PVC accounts for about 2/3 of the market, and soft PVC accounts for 1/3. Soft PVC is generally used on floors, ceilings, and leather surfaces, but because soft PVC contains softeners(this is also the difference between soft PVC and hard PVC), it is easy to become brittle and difficult to preserve, so its range of use is limited. 2, PVC-U：PVC-U is also called UPVC and hard polyvinyl chloride. The English full name is Unplastated Polyvinyl Chloride. Unplasticized means "unplasticized, not plasticized". PVC-U uses PVC as the main raw material, adds necessary additives, and is produced by extruding. The amorphous thermoplastic resin made of vinyl chloride monomer by polymerization is composed of certain additives(such as stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, etc.). In addition to additives, the method of mixing and modifying with other resins is also used to make it have obvious practical value. These resins include CPVC, PE, ABS, EVA, and MBS.

3, PVC-C：PVC-C is also called CPVC, perchloroethylene. The full name in English is Chorinated Polyvinyl Chloride. It is a new type of synthetic polymer material produced by the substitution reaction of specific brands of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) and chlorine under initiation. It is a white or yellowish liquid solid powder. The basic performance is similar to that of PVC, but the CPVC obtained by chlorination modification of PVC resin has significantly improved its heat resistance, physical mechanical properties, chemical stability properties, and flame retardant properties. It is a high-quality and inexpensive engineering plastic, so it is widely used. It was first used in the chemical industry, such as the chlor-alkali industry, the smelting industry, the oil industry, and the paper industry. Second, CPVC pipes for cold and hot water are used to develop geothermal resources and transport hot spring hot water and other domestic hot water.
