PE plastic sheet is a thermoplastic resin material made of polyethylene (PE). PE board has high crystallinity and non-polar characteristics, with a milky white appearance and a certain degree of translucency in thin sections. PE sheet has good corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, and chemical stability, and can resist most acid-base erosion. In addition, PE sheets also have high toughness, tensile strength, wear resistance, and good insulation properties.
PE sheets can be divided into high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE) according to their different densities. HDPE sheet is widely used in chemical, clothing, packaging and other fields due to its excellent physical and chemical properties. In the market, the thickness of PE sheet is usually between 0.2 and 3 millimeters, and the length and width can be customized according to demand.
The production process of PE sheet mainly includes polymerization reaction, in which ethylene monomer is made into polyethylene resin through high or low pressure process, and then formed into sheet through extrusion, rolling and other processes. This material is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, will not have any adverse effects on the human body, and has good insulation effect.
